ENGLISH ASSIGNMENT..
Well this is totally i made exclusive for my english post..hehe
but,if someone eager to read this, you are kindly invited..
protect your back!!don't think this is only for the old people,but important for the young people also to know how to protect your back..
"precaution is better than cure", right??
ermm..we know exercise is vital to keep our spine strong and to protect its beutifully proportioned structure..
and most of us neglect our back untill pains and aches demand our tension,right?
don't have to deny..huhu
"BACKACHES ARE AMONG THE MOST COMMON REASONS FOR VISITS TO THE PHYSICIAN OFFICE"..
okay,here are the few well-documented guide-lines for protecting your back;
1.keep your weight down.
2. wear high-heeled and negative heeled shoes or boots infrequently
and avoid them altogether if you have back problems..
why??coz high-heeled shoes tilt the pelvis forward and increase the stress on the abdominal and back muscles..
3.Maintain good posture.
4.lift heavy objects using proper body mechanisms.
5.Avoid sitting for prolonged period..
~means always spend your time work..don't just watch 'zati and si mawas' or suria kasandra' or whatever..huhu..
6.take 10 minutes to stretch your lower back extensor muscles and hip flexor muscles and to strenghten your abdominal muscles also..
well,that'all..
just hoping whoever read this will have better back posture after this!!hehe..
